Hello, I’m Dr. Matthew Schlagheck from Edgewood Spine.
In this video, we are going to discuss what to expect with your second visit, the report of findings. The report of findings will likely be the longest visit and this is where we will review your x-rays, examination findings, prior medical records, therapy recommendations, and other important information we found in our initial visit.I will then explain to you the five most important questions patients ask, which are: why do I hurt? Can you help me? Will the treatment be painful? How long will it take to get better? And how much will it cost? I like to take the time to answer these questions thoroughly so you can understand why we are doing what we are doing and how it’s going to help.
This visit also includes specific diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans for each individual patient. I hope this helps with what to expect during the report of findings. If you’d like to know more, please visit our website at edgewoodspine.com.
